【组成】钓藤勾9克蝉蜕天麻防风蝎尾人参各15克麻黄(去节)僵蚕(炒)甘草(炙)川芎各3克麝香不拘多少
【用法】上药为末。水煎服。
【主治】慢惊未发，神倦要睡，吐舌摇头，面青，毛发竖直，吐乳作腥，额上有汗，由吐后胃虚生风所致者。
【加减】寒多，加附子末1.5克。
