【组成】川黄连2.5千克(煎极浓，去滓)秋梨10千克(取汁)
【用法】二汁同雪水熬成膏，入熟蜜500克，人乳1.25毫升，羊胆汁250毫升，和匀，晒微干成饼，用井花水磨点眼睛。
【主治】一切翳障，并时行眼疾。
