【来源】《太平圣惠方》卷七十九。
【组成】琥珀30克(细研)没药30克当归30克(锉，微炒)赤芍药30克京三棱30克鳖甲30克(涂醋，炙微黄)虻虫30克(去姻、足，微炒)水蛭30克(炒令黄)
【用法】上药捣罗为末，炼蜜和捣二三百杵，丸如绿豆大。每次10丸，空腹时用温酒送下。
【主治】产后积聚成血瘕，致月水不通，小腹疼痛。
