【组成】熟地240克茯苓牡丹皮(酒炒)各90克泽泻(盐酒炒)90克怀山药(炒)120克山茱萸肉(酒炒)120克白芍药(炒)白菊花当归枸杞子白蒺藜(炒)各90克石决明120克
【用法】共研细粉，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大。每服9克，淡盐汤送服。
【主治】视物模糊，目涩羞明。
