【来源】《太平圣惠方》卷九十二。
【组成】青黛7.5克苦楝根30克(微炙，锉)鹤虱7.5克槟榔1枚
【用法】上药捣细罗为散。每服时，先吃淡肉脯少许，后以粥饮调下1.5克，日二三服。
【主治】小儿寸白虫，连年不除，面色无华，体瘦少力。
