菱粉30克，粳米50克。粳米淘洗干净，如常法煮粥，待米熟时，调入菱粉，用小火烧至粥成，每日2次。本方益肠胃，解内热，防癌肿。可用于年老体虚，慢性泄泻，胃肠道癌者食用。<胃癌>
