腐皮银杏粥治带下

【原料】腐皮90克，银杏9克，大米60克。
【制作】将银杏去壳、去芯后同腐皮、大米(洗净)同煮成稠粥。
【用法】每日1～2次，温热食，一般服5～7次见效。
【功效】敛肺定喘，收涩止带。
【主治】适用于脾虚型、湿毒型带下。
